- 3 lbs frozen pierogies (bacon flavored recommended)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Add shredded chicken and pierogies, gently tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped bacon and fresh parsley before serving.
