Ingredients
- Puff Pastry Sheets: 1 pack (approximately 250 grams)
- Green Thecha: 3 tablespoons
- Grated Cheese: 1 cup (cheddar or processed cheese)
- Milk or Cream: 2 tablespoons (for brushing)
- Salt: a pinch (optional, depending on cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix green thecha and grated cheese in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt if needed.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Lay puff pastry on a floured surface. Roll slightly if too thick.
- Assemble the Dish: Cut into squares or rectangles. Add filling to half, cover with other half, and seal with fork.
- Cook to Perfection: Place on tray, brush tops with milk or cream, and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Finishing Touches: Let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
