Cheesy Seafood Tortilla Bombs are crispy, golden bites filled with shrimp, crab, and melty cheese. These flavor-packed pockets are perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or a quick dinner treat.

- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Place 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla, fold edges in, and roll tightly into sealed pockets.
- Brush with melted butter and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let rest slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Warm tortillas briefly to prevent cracking.
- Don’t overfill to avoid leaking during baking.
- Bake on a wire rack for extra crispiness.
- Freeze unbaked for later and bake straight from frozen with extra time.
