Description

Cheesy Seafood Tortilla Bombs are crispy, golden bites filled with shrimp, crab, and melty cheese. These flavor-packed pockets are perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or a quick dinner treat.


Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Place 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla, fold edges in, and roll tightly into sealed pockets.
  5. Brush with melted butter and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  7. Let rest slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas briefly to prevent cracking.
  • Don’t overfill to avoid leaking during baking.
  • Bake on a wire rack for extra crispiness.
  • Freeze unbaked for later and bake straight from frozen with extra time.
