Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

- Spread or spoon burrata onto each toasted crostini.
- Top with slices of prosciutto and peaches.
- Drizzle with honey and season lightly with salt and pepper.
