- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 8 pickle slices
- 4 teaspoons ketchup
- 4 teaspoons mustard
- 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and heat skillet or grill pan on medium-high.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Place frozen tater tots on a baking sheet, toss with vegetable oil, and spread in a single layer. Bake until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes.

- Toast burger buns if desired.
- Assemble each burger with mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and the cheesy beef patty.
- Serve with crispy tater tots on the side and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use 80/20 beef for the juiciest burgers.
- Don’t press patties while cooking to retain juices.
- For extra crispy tots, bake on parchment in a preheated oven.
- Let patties rest a few minutes before assembling burgers.
