Description

A fusion of Indian butter chicken and cheesy bread magic, this Butter Chicken Cheese Bread is rich, gooey, and bursting with flavor. Perfect as an appetizer or comforting main.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Butter Chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 large crusty Bread Loaf (like ciabatta or French bread)
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Butter (melted with 1 minced garlic clove)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro or Parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment or foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded butter chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Slice the bread lengthwise and hollow out slightly. Brush insides with garlic butter.
  4. Stuff the bread with the butter chicken mixture and top with extra cheese if desired.
  5. Place on baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish with herbs and chili flakes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use day-old or crusty bread for best texture.
