- 2 cups cooked Butter Chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 large crusty Bread Loaf (like ciabatta or French bread)
- 1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons Garlic Butter (melted with 1 minced garlic clove)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro or Parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment or foil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded butter chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
- Slice the bread lengthwise and hollow out slightly. Brush insides with garlic butter.
- Stuff the bread with the butter chicken mixture and top with extra cheese if desired.
- Place on baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with herbs and chili flakes, then slice and serve warm.

- Use day-old or crusty bread for best texture.
