- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 8 taco-sized tortillas
- 1/2 cup burger sauce or mayo-ketchup mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and warm tortillas to make them pliable.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the seasoned beef, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through (8–10 minutes).
- Lay out tortillas and spread a little burger sauce on each. Spoon in beef and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- (Optional) Return the filled tacos to the skillet for 1–2 minutes to crisp the bottom and melt cheese.
