- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 bag (20 oz) waffle fries
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F or preheat air fryer according to instructions.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl to create the house sauce. Set aside.
- Spread waffle fries on a baking sheet or place in air fryer. Cook until crispy, about 20–25 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Assemble bowls: start with fries, then top with cooked beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Drizzle house sauce and ranch dressing over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use lean beef for less grease in your bowl.
- Want it spicier? Add a dash of hot sauce to the house sauce.
