Description

All the juicy, crispy, creamy goodness of a loaded burger and fries, served in a bowl for easy digging and zero fuss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 bag (20 oz) waffle fries
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or preheat air fryer according to instructions.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl to create the house sauce. Set aside.
  3. Spread waffle fries on a baking sheet or place in air fryer. Cook until crispy, about 20–25 minutes.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.
  5. Assemble bowls: start with fries, then top with cooked beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
  6. Drizzle house sauce and ranch dressing over the top.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use lean beef for less grease in your bowl.
  • Want it spicier? Add a dash of hot sauce to the house sauce.
  • Prep the sauce and veggies ahead to save time on busy nights.
  • Air frying the fries makes them extra crispy and delicious.
