- 12 small slider buns
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (about 450 grams)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (240 milliliters)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (120 milliliters)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 200 grams)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a baking dish. Slice slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Place the top buns over the filling.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush over the tops of the buns.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then lift tops and add ranch dressing and shredded lettuce.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
- Toast buns lightly before assembling to prevent sogginess.
- Add lettuce after baking to keep it crisp.
- Adjust buffalo sauce quantity for more or less heat.
- Leftovers reheat best in the oven rather than the microwave.
