- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Brown the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it starts to turn amber and smell nutty. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Mix browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Add vanilla and the beaten egg; combine well.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt; fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and chopped graham crackers.
- Spread batter evenly into a small oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the center is set.
- Remove from oven and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you wish.
Notes
- For an extra rich flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Make sure not to overbake — the center should stay soft and gooey.
- Pair it with vanilla ice cream or a glass of cold milk.
