Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: chopped herbs like chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in Greek yogurt, eggs, and cheese until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and gently knead a few times. Pat dough to about 1-inch thickness.
