Description
A zesty and refreshing non-alcoholic drink inspired by Brazilian street markets, made with fresh lime juice, mint, and sparkling water for the ultimate thirst quencher.

- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
- 4 cups sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
- Crushed ice, as needed
- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine lime juice, mint leaves, and sweetener.
- Gently muddle the mint with a muddler or wooden spoon to release its oils.
- Add sparkling water and stir gently to combine without losing fizz.
- Fill tall glasses with crushed ice.
- Pour the drink mixture over the ice in each glass.
- Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
- Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.

- Use cold, filtered water or sparkling water for best flavor.
- Let the drink chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for stronger infusion.
