These crispy, golden Brandon’s Egg Roll Tacos fuse the bold flavors of classic egg rolls with the crunch and fun of tacos. Perfect for a quick dinner or party snack, they’re filled with savory pork, cabbage, carrots, and topped with a creamy sauce.

- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 8–10 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup creamy orange sauce (mayo, sriracha, and rice vinegar)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and green onions, cooking for 1 more minute.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss in cabbage and carrots. Cook until just tender.
- Warm taco shells in the oven or a dry skillet.
- Spoon the filling into each taco shell and top with shredded lettuce and cabbage.
- Drizzle with the creamy orange sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
- Prep the filling in advance and store in the fridge for easy assembly later.
- Use tofu or mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
