Description

These crispy, golden Brandon’s Egg Roll Tacos fuse the bold flavors of classic egg rolls with the crunch and fun of tacos. Perfect for a quick dinner or party snack, they’re filled with savory pork, cabbage, carrots, and topped with a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 810 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup creamy orange sauce (mayo, sriracha, and rice vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and green onions, cooking for 1 more minute.
  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss in cabbage and carrots. Cook until just tender.
  5. Warm taco shells in the oven or a dry skillet.
  6. Spoon the filling into each taco shell and top with shredded lettuce and cabbage.
  7. Drizzle with the creamy orange sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Prep the filling in advance and store in the fridge for easy assembly later.
