- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 small box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, butter, and pudding mix, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Chill for 2 hours.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips with heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the fudge layer and spread evenly. Chill for another 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once firm, lift out using parchment and cut into squares. Serve chilled.
