Description

Boston Cream Pie Fudge is a rich, creamy treat that combines the classic flavors of vanilla custard and chocolate ganache into smooth, indulgent squares.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 small box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, butter, and pudding mix, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Chill for 2 hours.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips with heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour ganache over the fudge layer and spread evenly. Chill for another 2 hours or until fully set.
  7. Once firm, lift out using parchment and cut into squares. Serve chilled.
