Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving. Serve warm or cold.
