- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, jerk seasoning, minced garlic, thyme, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken wings until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Heat gently until slightly thickened.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until well coated, then serve immediately.
