These S’mores Bars are the ultimate indoor twist on a campfire favorite, combining a graham cracker cookie crust, melted chocolate chips, and gooey toasted marshmallows in one irresistible dessert bar.

- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 and 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, then mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the lined pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the base, then top with mini marshmallows.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough over the top, leaving some marshmallows exposed.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and marshmallows are slightly toasted.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Line your pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Broil the top for 1 to 2 minutes at the end if you want extra toasty marshmallows.
- Chill before slicing for the cleanest edges.
