Description

A comforting twist on a classic, this BBQ Pulled Beef Yorkshire Pudding Burrito combines tender, smoky beef with crispy onions and fresh veggies all wrapped in a fluffy Yorkshire pudding. Perfect for cozy nights or wow-worthy lunches.

  • 500 grams pulled beef
  • 4 large Yorkshire pudding wraps
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) if reheating ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, combine pulled beef and BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for final baking.
  4. Lay out Yorkshire puddings flat. Layer with spinach, pulled beef, roasted peppers, and crispy onions.
  5. Roll gently like a burrito and place seam-side down on the tray. Optionally, brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 5–8 minutes until heated through and lightly crisped.
  7. Serve whole or sliced, with extra sauce on the side.
