- 500 grams pulled beef
- 4 large Yorkshire pudding wraps
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) if reheating ingredients.
- In a bowl, combine pulled beef and BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for final baking.
- Lay out Yorkshire puddings flat. Layer with spinach, pulled beef, roasted peppers, and crispy onions.
- Roll gently like a burrito and place seam-side down on the tray. Optionally, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 5–8 minutes until heated through and lightly crisped.
- Serve whole or sliced, with extra sauce on the side.
