- 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and banana pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened. Let sit for 3–5 minutes to firm up.
- Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with sliced bananas and remaining whipped topping. Smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
