- 120 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the chicken breasts evenly inside.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Spoon extra glaze from the baking dish over the chicken and serve warm.
