Description

These Baked Shrimp and Broccoli Foil Packs are a quick, healthy, and flavorful dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Juicy shrimp, tender broccoli, and aromatic garlic are steamed together in foil with a buttery lemon sauce for a simple meal that’s easy to prep and easy to clean up.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth, divided
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut 4 large pieces of foil. Divide the shrimp and broccoli evenly among them.
  4. Drizzle each pack with lemon juice, add minced garlic, dot with butter, and sprinkle with seasoning mix.
  5. Pour about 1/2 tbsp chicken broth into each pack for moisture.
  6. Fold the foil tightly into packets and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and broccoli is tender.
  8. Carefully open the foil packs, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve with rice, quinoa, or pasta for a complete meal.
  • Foil packs can also be cooked on the grill over medium heat for 12–15 minutes.
  • Adjust spices to your taste—add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Use parchment paper instead of foil if preferred.
