- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well until smooth and evenly blended.
- Lightly grease a disposable tin foil tray to prevent sticking.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly into the tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melting texture.
- Adjust cayenne to your spice preference or skip it altogether.
- Make it ahead and store unbaked in the fridge for up to 2 days.
