Description

A creamy, cheesy Southern-inspired dip made with cheddar, cream cheese, and pimentos, baked to golden perfection in a foil tray. Ideal for parties, game days, or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well until smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Lightly grease a disposable tin foil tray to prevent sticking.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into the tray.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
