- 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs in the baking dish, skin-side up, spaced slightly apart.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, coating each piece well.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through.
- Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra caramelization.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Spoon extra sauce on top and garnish if desired.

- Baste twice during baking for deeper flavor and stickier glaze.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temp reaches 165°F.
