Description

Juicy, golden-baked chicken thighs glazed in a sticky honey mustard sauce with garlic and soy. This easy weeknight dinner is full of bold flavor and ready in under an hour.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place chicken thighs in the baking dish, skin-side up, spaced slightly apart.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken, coating each piece well.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through.
  6. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra caramelization.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Spoon extra sauce on top and garnish if desired.

  • Baste twice during baking for deeper flavor and stickier glaze.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temp reaches 165°F.
