- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry and add them to the bowl.
- Toss the drumsticks until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
Notes
