Description
A warm, gooey wheel of brie topped with a tangy-sweet cranberry orange relish. Perfect for holidays or anytime you want to impress with minimal effort.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and water. Cook for 10–12 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens. Let cool slightly.
- Place brie on prepared baking sheet. If using a brie baker, lightly grease it and place brie inside.
- Spoon cranberry orange relish over the brie, allowing it to slightly drip down the sides.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until brie is soft but not collapsed.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired. Transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
- Make the relish ahead and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Don’t overbake or the brie will lose its shape.
- Use parchment to catch melted cheese for easy cleanup.
