Description

A warm, gooey wheel of brie topped with a tangy-sweet cranberry orange relish. Perfect for holidays or anytime you want to impress with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and water. Cook for 10–12 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens. Let cool slightly.
  3. Place brie on prepared baking sheet. If using a brie baker, lightly grease it and place brie inside.
  4. Spoon cranberry orange relish over the brie, allowing it to slightly drip down the sides.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until brie is soft but not collapsed.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired. Transfer to a serving plate.
  7. Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.

Notes

  • Make the relish ahead and refrigerate up to 3 days.
  • Don’t overbake or the brie will lose its shape.
  • Use parchment to catch melted cheese for easy cleanup.
