Description

Baked Blueberry Fritter Bites are soft, sweet, and bursting with blueberries — perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert without all the mess of deep-frying!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter; fold in blueberries.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are firm and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Frozen blueberries can be used if fresh are unavailable — just fold in directly from the freezer.
