- 6 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage

- 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco or feta (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the lime crema. Set aside.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by layering lettuce or cabbage, avocado slices, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with lime crema and sprinkle with queso fresco if using.
