Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 large orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red apple, cored and sliced
- 2 whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Chill your serving pitcher and glasses in the fridge.
- In a large pitcher, add the blackberries, orange slices, lemon slices, apple slices, and cinnamon sticks. Pour in the pomegranate juice and stir gently.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
- Before serving, pour in the sparkling water and add fresh mint leaves. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve over ice in clear glasses, garnishing with additional fruit and mint as desired.
