- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded green and red cabbage, apple, cranberries, carrots, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the slaw and toss until well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
- Serve cold as a side dish.
Notes
- Use a tart apple like Granny Smith for contrast or a sweet one like Fuji for a milder taste.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
