- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Place your skillet in the oven and preheat to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
- Carefully remove the hot skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter, and swirl to coat.
- Add sliced apples and return to oven for 3–4 minutes to soften.
- Pour the batter over the apples without stirring.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
