- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

- Feta cheese, crumbled
- 12 oz cooked pasta (fusilli or penne)
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic Greek yogurt topping by mixing Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced onion until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in sweet paprika, garlic powder, cumin, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and fully combined.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in sweet paprika to make paprika butter. Set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente and drain.
