Ingredients
- Paneer: 250g, grated or crumbled
- Onion: 1 large, finely chopped
- Tomatoes: 2 medium, finely chopped
- Green chilies: 2, finely chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
- Kasuri methi: 1 teaspoon, crushed
- Salt: to taste
- Oil or ghee: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Fresh coriander: A handful, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oil or ghee in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Combine Ingredients: Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until soft and oil separates.
- Assemble the Dish: Mix in red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
