Description

Golden, fluffy dough balls filled with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and taco flavor, crisped to perfection in the air fryer for the ultimate bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water to the beef mixture. Simmer for a couple of minutes. Stir in shredded cheese, then remove from heat.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Pinch edges to seal and shape into a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket, spaced apart. Brush tops with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let rest for 2 minutes, garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overstuff the dough to avoid leakage during cooking.
  • Use parchment or nonstick spray to prevent sticking in the air fryer.
  • Let taco bombs cool slightly before eating, as filling will be hot.
