- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add chicken and coat evenly with the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes if time allows.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
