Juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers coated in a buttery garlic-parmesan sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner or party appetizer, these skewers are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.
- Thread the seasoned chicken onto the skewers, leaving a bit of space between pieces for even cooking.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Once the chicken is done, brush generously with the garlic-parmesan butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side of marinara or ranch dipping sauce for extra flavor.
- For a spicier version, add 1/2 tsp chili flakes to the garlic-parmesan butter.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for a juicier result.
