- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 red onion, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Soft tortillas, for serving
- Lime wedges, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss chicken strips, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil and all spices until well coated.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- Spread the seasoned mixture in the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender and slightly charred.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture if desired.
- Serve hot in warm tortillas with optional toppings.
