Description

These Easy Frozen Protein S’mores Bars are a healthy twist on the classic campfire treat. Made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, graham crackers, and mini chocolate chips, they’re the perfect high-protein, low-guilt dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla or marshmallow-flavored protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 4 full sheets graham crackers, broken into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Gently fold in the graham cracker pieces, mini chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows if using.
  3. Line a small baking dish or container with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
  7. Store in the freezer and let thaw for a few minutes before enjoying.

Notes

  • You can substitute maple syrup with a sugar-free syrup for lower sugar content.
  • Use chocolate protein powder for a richer chocolate flavor.
