These Easy Frozen Protein S’mores Bars are a healthy twist on the classic campfire treat. Made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, graham crackers, and mini chocolate chips, they’re the perfect high-protein, low-guilt dessert or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla or marshmallow-flavored protein powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 4 full sheets graham crackers, broken into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup until smooth and well-blended.
- Gently fold in the graham cracker pieces, mini chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows if using.
- Line a small baking dish or container with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
- Store in the freezer and let thaw for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
- You can substitute maple syrup with a sugar-free syrup for lower sugar content.
- Use chocolate protein powder for a richer chocolate flavor.
- Allow bars to soften slightly at room temperature before eating for best texture.
