Description
These 4-Ingredient Strawberry Truffles are easy, bite-sized treats made with real strawberries, white chocolate, and a creamy base. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or a quick sweet fix, they’re fruity, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (plus extra for coating, optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor and pulse into a fine powder. Set aside 1 tablespoon for garnish if desired.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry powder until fully combined. Mixture should be thick and sticky.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30–45 minutes until firm enough to roll.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. If desired, dip each ball in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with reserved strawberry powder.
- Refrigerate until set, then serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk for a vegan version.
- You can also roll truffles in cocoa powder or extra strawberry powder instead of dipping in chocolate.
- Make sure to use freeze-dried strawberries, not fresh or frozen.
