Description

These 4-Ingredient Strawberry Truffles are easy, bite-sized treats made with real strawberries, white chocolate, and a creamy base. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or a quick sweet fix, they’re fruity, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (plus extra for coating, optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor and pulse into a fine powder. Set aside 1 tablespoon for garnish if desired.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry powder until fully combined. Mixture should be thick and sticky.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30–45 minutes until firm enough to roll.
  5. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. If desired, dip each ball in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with reserved strawberry powder.
  6. Refrigerate until set, then serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk for a vegan version.
  • You can also roll truffles in cocoa powder or extra strawberry powder instead of dipping in chocolate.
  • Make sure to use freeze-dried strawberries, not fresh or frozen.
