- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread chopped rhubarb evenly in the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the rhubarb layer.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and rhubarb is bubbly.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen rhubarb (if frozen, thaw and drain excess liquid).
- Add a sprinkle of sugar to the rhubarb if you prefer a sweeter dessert.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
