Description

These 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cups are the perfect no-bake treat. With creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and just a touch of sweetness, they’re easy to make and impossible to resist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  4. Spoon a layer of chocolate into each liner, then add peanut butter mixture on top.
  5. Cover with another layer of melted chocolate to seal.
  6. Chill in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Remove liners and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use silicone liners for easier removal.
