These 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cups are the perfect no-bake treat. With creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and just a touch of sweetness, they’re easy to make and impossible to resist.

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Spoon a layer of chocolate into each liner, then add peanut butter mixture on top.
- Cover with another layer of melted chocolate to seal.
- Chill in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Remove liners and enjoy.
Notes
- Use silicone liners for easier removal.
- Add flaky sea salt or crushed pretzels on top for a flavor twist.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freezer for 2 months.
